Terroir: AliShan is one of the famous oolong tea-growing areas in Taiwan. Located at an altitude of 1500m, the mountain has rich soil and ideal climactic conditions. The cool climate and moisture from daily mists make the plants grow very slowly and produce tender, flavourful tea leaves and buds.

A taste to remember

Superb quality Oolong tea. The tea leaves are extremely fresh and uniform. Delicate, delicious aroma, even after re-steeping several times.

This is a great tea. Light yet complex. bright florals, a bit of citrus, with just a touch of the woodsy notes that characterize a good quality high mountain tea. Looking forward to larger sizes being available.

Excellent quality tea with big leaf!

Premium grade Alishan High Mountain oolong is silky buttery with moderate floral notes (buttercup) nicely balanced with a honey sweetness. Very fresh, crisp and clear tasting with no grassy notes, as well as not dry or bitter. A great oolong to treat yourself with!
